Book Your Birthday Party!

Birthday Party Information

Parties are $175 (plus tax) for up to 8 painters. You may add up to an additional 8 painters for $18 each. We allow a maximum of 20 in the room. While 4 non-painters are included in the price, additional non-painters are $5 each. You should plan for this to be a “drop-off” party.

The party is an hour and a half long, and the first hour includes arrival time, instruction, painting and cleanup. The last half hour is for you to have refreshments. Any snacks must be self-contained, and drinks must be as well.

Projects can include painting pottery plates, bowls, or critters; small clay project (individual chip and dip, small pinch pot animal); or 12×12 canvas (we will send you project options). Pottery and clay projects must be fired in the kiln and will be ready for the birthday parents to pick up and distribute 1-2 weeks after the party. Canvas projects go home the day of the party.

Party times are:

Saturday 10:30-12, 1-2:30, 3:30-5

Sunday 1-2:30, 3:30-5

Reservations are taken on-line and the payment for the party package is due when you make your reservation. This is non-refundable, but we will work to reschedule your party if needed.

The price for your party includes plates, napkins and forks. You are being charged for the basic party ($175+tax) and any additional guests will be charged the day of the party. This price does not include gratuities. Please do not plan to bring any extra decorations. Contact us if you have any questions prior to booking your party.
