Reserve your table!

Reservations aren’t required at Do It Yourself Crafts, but on our busier days we recommend that you make one. We have limited seating and your reservation guarantees your spot.

WHEN YOU CHECK OUT IT WILL SAY 1 TICKET. ONE TICKET IS ONE TABLE. ONE TICKET EQUALS FOUR PEOPLE. YOU DO NOT NEED MORE THAN ONE TICKET IF YOU NEED ONLY ONE TABLE. 

If you have 1-4 people, you need one table. If you have 5-8 people, you need 2 tables. ONE TICKET OR TWO TICKETS. Please call if you have more than 8 people coming. 

We only accept 4 table reservations per hour – each table can seat up to 4 people. You should reserve the appropriate number of tables for your group. Your reservation is good for two hours from the time of the reservation. In other words, if you make your reservation for noon, you have the table until 2 p.m. After that, it may be needed for another reservation. The average time in the studio is typically less than an hour and a half.

The table fee is non-refundable but will be applied to the cost of your items the day of painting. If you cancel ahead of time, we will transfer it to in-store credit. If you don’t cancel ahead of time and do not come in for your reservation, you forfeit the fee and we go and buy a cookie or something. We’d rather have you come in than have the cookie, of course, but sometimes things happen. You can call us at 205-868-4346 to discuss your reservation as needed.

(Yes, we know that it is adding tax to the ticket price. I can’t turn this off, so we’ll actually take $11 off your total, or transfer it, or buy a nicer cookie. I’m sure there is a way to turn it off but I’m a pottery shop owner, not a web developer, and this is why I need cookies.)
